1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and club333 ("Platform", "we" or "us"). By accessing, registering or using any part of this website, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form a comprehensive agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using club333 services.

2. User Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to register one account only at club333. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete.

• Your full name must match your official identification document (such as a Malaysian Identity Card / MyKad);
• An active mobile number registered in your name;
• A valid and reachable email address;
• Accurate bank account or e-wallet information for payment purposes.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact club333 customer support immediately. club333 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in protecting their login information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

club333 supports a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian players. All transactions use Malaysian Ringgit (RM) as the base currency.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances requiring additional verification. club333 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before approving any withdrawal. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by club333 are subject to specific terms set for each offer. Accepting a bonus is considered agreement to the related terms.

Welcome Bonus — 200% Up to RM888:

• A 200% bonus will be credited on your first deposit;
• The maximum bonus value is RM888;
• The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value before a withdrawal can be made;
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement RM200 × 20 = RM4,000;
• Example: Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM1,888 → Wagering requirement RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

club333 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse, fraud or violation of any part of these Terms. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. Each player is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the club333 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, 4D lottery and table games — have their own rules that must be followed. The specific rules for each game can be found within the game interface.

• Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed;
• Any technical disruption during a game session caused by the player's side will not result in compensation;
• Betting using unauthorised methods, including the use of automation software or manipulation systems, is prohibited;
• club333 reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on incorrect odds or values due to technical errors.

For sports betting, all bets are subject to the rules of the relevant competition and league organiser. Mix parlay bets, live betting and esports markets each have additional terms that apply.

7. User Conduct

club333 users are required to behave responsibly and ethically at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud, including the use of credit cards or e-wallets that do not belong to you;
• Collusion or cooperation with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Use of third-party software that provides an unfair advantage;
• Any activity that may be classified as money laundering;
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once;
• Spreading false or misleading information to club333 or other players.

club333 uses a continuous monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity will be suspended immediately while an investigation is carried out.

8. Account Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting club333 customer support. Before closure is processed, any outstanding funds (if any) will be deducted from the account balance in accordance with the applicable terms.

club333 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Confirmation that the player does not meet the age eligibility requirement;
• Activity involving fraud or money laundering;
• A request from law enforcement authorities;
• At the player's own request in the context of self-exclusion from gambling.

9. Liability Limits

club333 provides this online gambling platform "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, free from errors, or meet any specific requirements of users. To the extent permitted by law:

• club333 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform;
• Our total liability to any player will not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 12 months;
